Spain .- The turnover of electronic commerce in Spain grew in the first quarter of 2015 by 24.5% compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching 4,455.7 million euros, according to data from the National Markets Commission and Competition (CNMC). If we look at the Algeria Phone Number List number of transactions, during the first three months of this year, around 68 million were registered, almost 15% more than in the same period of 2014.
The 10 sectors of activity that have obtained the highest income have been, in this order, travel agencies and tour operators (with 15.7% of total turnover), air transport (8.6%), direct marketing (5.4%), clothing (5.4%), passenger land transport (3.8%), artistic, sports and recreational shows (3.7%), specialized food trade ( 3.5%), hotels and accommodation (2.9%), gambling and betting (2.8%) and household appliances, image and sound (2.4%).
However, by number of transactions, direct marketing (with 8.6% of the total), records, books and stationery (7.6%) and clothing (5.7%) top the list.
Another data provided by the CNMC is that by number of transactions, 44.3% of sales in electronic commerce were registered on Spanish websites, while 55.7% corresponded to foreigners. Almost 90% of the total purchases that, during the first quarter of 2015, originated abroad from Brother Cell Phone List Spain, went to the European Union. Air transport, specialized food and clothing trade are the branches of activity with the highest turnover from Spain to abroad.
